The Percentage Difference Chart plays a very important role in determining the absolute value of the product(s). It shows the actual percentage of what the purchased price compared to the appraised price. It tells how much money is gained or lost from the sale. Take collectibles for example. The purchased value was $548.00 and its appraised value was $681.00 which makes it total percentage difference 24%. While on the other hand, the PV of sports was $873.00; its AV was $404.00 which makes it total percentage4 difference -54%.
